While Saint Celestine is a revered Living Saint and a figure of the order, the primary patron of the Sisters of Battle is the Emperor Himself, and the founding saint is Alicia Dominica. The miracles performed by Celestine have inspired countless women to take up arms in defense of the Creed, but it was Dominica who organized them into a formal institution.
